Bicycle Service Transport (Pick-up &/or Delivery)

You have a bicycle and need it transported for service. This is my solution to help you save time, money, and sanity. We HIGHLY suggest calling the bike shop before you schedule a pick up for ANY bicycle.

Some online-only manufacturers have no parts or support available. 

PLEASE contact your service center for ALL questions to minimize inconveniences.

Your bicycle is picked up from your home (office, etc.) and carefully transported to a locally owned, independent, and qualified professional service center here in the Columbus area... of YOUR choice. Simply choose your preferred service shop and we will get your ride there for service.

The flat fee covers one-way transport of your bike up to 20 miles from your home to/from the service center. Additional mileage, if applicable, will be calculated and assessed a $3.50/mile surcharge before the scheduled pickup.

Your bike will be delivered to the service center the same day, and then you will be contacted by their team to discuss your service options. PLEASE NOTE: Each service center has their own policies and all reserve the right to refuse service. We HIGHLY suggest calling the shop at some point to discuss your situation. Once the services have been completed and paid for, you're ready to ride.

If you need to have your bike returned to your home, simply book a RETURN transportation service. If you choose to ride home or use an alternative form of transportation, that's perfect too.

New bike DELIVERY, if supported by the dealer, is also an option.

In order to complete the purchase, you are required to SCHEDULE the transportation service.
